AMF – Actualités Résilience Opérationnelle (DORA)
Le 19 mai 2025, par l’intermédiaire d’une publication sur son site, l’Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) a informé le public de sa bonne application en termes de résilience opérationnelle des orientations élaborées conjointement par les autorités européennes de supervision sur les rapports de coûts et de pertes occasionnés par des incidents majeurs liés aux Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (TIC) au titre du règlement DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act).
