ESMA – Statement on MiCA transitional measures
On 4 December, ESMA published a statement regarding the transitional measures for MiCA. Given that the transition periods vary from one EU Member State to another and that some have already expired, ESMA is clarifying its expectations for both CASP, as well as for the national competent authorities.
