ESMA -AMF: Advice on crypto-assets under MiCA The publication of ESMA Q&A 2882 (dated 18 June 2026 and announced on 10 July 2026), supplemented in France by the 27 July 2026 update to the AMF position paper DOC-2006-23, significantly clarifies the scope of advice on crypto-assets under MiCA. These documents are directly relevant to financial investment advisers, as well as to business introducers, comparison sites, affiliates, and commercial partners who refer clients to crypto-asset service providers.
