ESMA Q&A - MiCA: Fixed Overheads/Exigences prudentielles

In its 18 February 2026 Q&A (Q&A 2349), ESMA provides a key clarification on Article 67(3) MiCA regarding the calculation of CASPs’ prudential requirements. The core issue concerned the interpretation of “total expenses” when determining one quarter of fixed overheads.
