Le Forum Fintech ACPR-AMF a publié son rapport relatif au groupe de travail sur la certification des smart contracts. Le 3 février 2025, une actualité publiée sur le site de l AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) nous informait que l AMF et l ACPR (Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution) ouvrent une consultation publique sur les conclusions du groupe de travail sur la certification des smart contracts dans la finance décentralisée (DeFI).
