Le 2 janvier 2025, l AMF a publié sur son site une information concernant la mise à jour de sa doctrine relative à l utilisation des termes liés aux critères environnementaux, sociaux et de gouvernance (ESG) dans les noms des fonds, en conformité avec les orientations de l ESMA.
